Now is the time to 'come home to yourself' make peace with your past so you can take centre stage in your life and SHINE
She’s spent years putting everyone else’s needs before her own and has lost sight of who she is beneath the roles she carries.
She’s read the books, listened to the experts, and still finds herself repeating the same painful patterns in her relationships.
She’s tired of second-guessing herself, carrying the emotional load, and feeling lonely in relationships that should feel safe.
She understands that past experiences may be shaping her present, but she’s not looking to endlessly revisit her pain.
She’s looking for clarity.
For understanding.
For a different way forward.
Because deep down, she knows she’s no longer willing to abandon herself to keep the peace.
She’s ready to resolve the conflict within and transform the relationships around her.
She stops second-guessing herself and begins to trust what she knows to be true.
She recognises old patterns without being controlled by them.
She releases the guilt, shame and responsibility she was never meant to carry.
She learns to honour her needs without abandoning herself.
She welcomes all parts of herself with greater compassion and understanding.
She creates healthier boundaries, deeper connections and more honest relationships.
She leads her life with clarity, courage and self-trust.
Because SHINE isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about understanding who you’ve had to become—and deciding who you want to be from here.
It honours your story.
It helps you resolve the conflicts that keep you stuck.
It strengthens your relationship with yourself.
And it transforms the relationships around you.
Not through force.
Through awareness, understanding and self-trust.
Come sit with me in a 1:1 session — a gentle, heart-led space to explore what’s holding you back and begin coming home to yourself.
I appreciated the information imparted in a kind and gentle way with the message that we aren’t broken and that we can take baby steps.
It was as if we were given permission to be who we are right now in the tension of
what we’ve walked in and who we choose to become.
Deidre has spent years reading and listening to others to formulate a 12
week course that has given me tools to gently move ahead. Baby steps.
Some of sessions could be their own 12 week course and there is much to
ponder and mine for treasures.
I’ve read so many books, had so many conversations and talked to so many counselors in an endeavor to fix myself that I was tired and worn
out in other words absolutely exhausted As one counsellor said to me “it must be exhausting being you” referring to the pressure I put on
myself.
So it was a breath of fresh air to spend time each week with a small group of women who have had similar stories with Deidre at the helm teaching
us things she has learned on her journey.
But each week I have come away with little things to consider and put into action.
Recently I was struggling and recalled the action of speaking into
my own heart, “You have what it takes”.
There is no pressure to share, but just to listen and to receive wisdom from
a beautiful soul who has journeyed far.
There is also opportunity to tap into
community with other women , just like you who may think she is one her
own and the only one having glitchy days.
It’s been water for my thirsty soul.
It doesn’t take a massive leap to transform your life — it begins with one small, self-honouring step.
